I don't think he's a scammer. I purchased tips from here once at one time. He never twisted the results of the games. Only cheaty thing he do is reseting results list after loses in a row. Still don't recommend to anyone to bet at all. Suffered a lot from it.

I subscribed to this site by Paypal (biught 'Titanium' tips that are supposed to have more then 70% win rate. It is not true. Some games win but others lost. I got tips daily but then lose lose lose. I wrote to admin many times but no answers...nothing. For this i want money back to my Paypal. It is scam.
